When registered, you received a confirmation email with your login details.
Go to https://addressingundesirablebehaviour.com/ and log in with your username (your email address) and password.

 

Lost your login details?

Go to https://addressingundesirablebehaviour.com/ and click ‘forgot password’.
Enter the email address you used to register. You will receive an email from WordPress. This email contains a link that you can use to set a new password.
(Please note: WordPress is sometimes considered spam, so be sure to check your spam folder/advertising folder).

 

Still not able to log in?

The browser you are using is remembering an old setting. The problem can often be solved by clearing your browser's cache (memory). You can do this in ‘Settings’. Look for ‘clear cache/cookies/memory’.

 

After login

After logging in, you will be guided to the dashboard. Choose your online program.

Each program has a ‘start page’. On this page you will find an explanation and from here you can start all modules using the menu at the top or by clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the page.

Want to go back to the start? Click on ‘Dashboard’.

 

‘You don't have access’ / ‘Je hebt nog geen toegang’

Is this message popping up? You are on a page that you do not yet have access to or you are forgot to login. Click on ‘Log out’ in the menu. Then login again.

 

Log out

To ensure that you don't encounter problems logging in next time, I recommend logging out after each session, by clicking on ‘log out’ at the top of the menu.

 

Important

If you encounter technical problems, try using a different device. If you try with your smartphone, try using a tablet or laptop.

 

Workbooks

You will receive workbooks with each module. Please first download and save the
workbook. Then find the document on your device and re-open it. Now you can type your notes and when you save the workbook, your notes will be saved as well.

The workbook is a PDF file. To open it, you need Adobe Reader on the device you want to use to open it. If you do not have this program, you can download and install it for free on https://get.adobe.com/nl/reader/
